So, these continuous and incremental frame design changes are all slowly adding up to the cognitive load that Magic needs to be understandable
You can't put a Teferi's Moat out there for a long, long time against decks unknown with the knowledge that an enchantment removal or bounce spell will almost certainly kill you unless you are very brave, and once you start down the Moat road it's hard to stop
Some can even be attached to your Pokemon to give them added benefits while theyre in play

A x2 weakness to colorless Pokemon can damage Flygon quite a bit, but these powerful weakness is supplemented by its -30 hp resistance to two types of Pokemon, electric and fighting, I think this is the first card I've done where a Pokemon has two resistance types, also a 2 colorless energy retreat cost isn't too bad for a powerful ex card like this one and a card with a move that requires 5 energy cards to perform
